Oversees NHDES Dam Bureau’s hydrologic gauging network, modeling and flood-forecasting programs, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) control systems for remote operation of dams, and all other electrical, electronic, computer and networking infrastructure used in the Dam Bureau.
